Our method

What “sourced” actually means here

Anyone can put a footnote number next to a claim. This is how we keep ourselves honest.

  1. Start from the research

Every guide begins with the studies and official guidance themselves, not with recycled advice.

  2. Tag every source

Each entry in the source list is tagged by type (peer-reviewed research, regulators, professional bodies, institutions) so you can see what a claim rests on.

  3. Say where it runs out

Where the evidence is thin, preliminary or disputed, the guide says so in the text, rather than picking the tidier story.

Questions

Before you buy

What format are the guides?

Each guide is a PDF (US Letter size) that reads well on a phone, tablet or computer.

How do I receive my copy?

Delivery is digital. As soon as your payment is confirmed you’re taken to a page with your download button. Please save the PDF straight away, and bookmark that page: it works as your download link if you need the file again.

Why is my name on every page?

Each copy is personalised with your name, order number and date. It’s a personal-use licence: please don’t share or resell your copy.

What if the file won’t open?

Contact us within 7 days of purchase. If the file is unreadable or isn’t what the page described, we’ll send a working copy or refund you. Full details are in the refund policy.

Is this financial or medical advice?

No. Verity guides are educational. They don’t replace a professional who knows your situation.
