This explains what Verity E-books collects, why, and what we do with it. We keep it deliberately small.
What we collect
- When you buy: the name you type on our site (to print on your copy), the email address you enter at checkout, the guide you bought, the price, the date and an order number. These are used to deliver your copy, to personalise it with your name, and to provide support. The email address is held in our payment platform’s records rather than on this site.
- Payment details: handled by our payment platform, Whop (whop.com). We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded; we do not see or store your card number.
- When you use “Find my order”: the email and name you type are used only to look up your payment with Whop and to give you your download link again. We don’t store them.
- When you contact us: your email address and what you write to us.
What we don’t do
- This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. (The payment page you are sent to is Whop’s, not ours.)
- Fonts and images are served from our own site, not from third parties.
- We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who else handles your data
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes ordinary technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. Whop, our payment platform, processes your payment and sends your receipt, and has its own privacy policy. Its checkout page is operated by Whop and may use its own cookies. We use the minimum needed to deliver your purchase and will list any additional service here before using it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed to provide support and meet accounting and legal obligations. Messages to us are kept as long as needed to answer them.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we’re not required to keep it. Email [email protected].
Children
Our guides are written for adults and we don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
